Your first treatment takes between one hour and one hour and a quarter this includes full consultation, body, face, pulse and tongue diagnosis with acupuncture treatment.
Treatments range from 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes to a full two hour VIP treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage
I personally blend and mix a suitable range of essential oils just for you, then add these to a variety of blended carrier oils which are gently massaged into your body to rebalance the body mind and spirit. These essential oils are absorbed slowly into the skin to create the desired response and have a lasting effect on the influencing pituitary gland which is the master gland for the body.

Cupping Therapy
This incredible 3000-year-old technique assists the body to effectively remove stagnation and toxins. Depending on severity will cause transient mild to strong marking from 7 to 12 days, yet increase your vitality and free flow of energy around the body.
Cupping, involves heating glass jars with an open flame to create a vacuum which pulls the body flesh into the cup, pulling apart the interstitial fluids lying between the layers of the skin creating more space, moving stagnation and transforming pain. Gua Sha
This amazing yet misunderstood 3000-year-old technique is a wonderful technique which involves scraping the skin with various Gua Sha tools which assists in opening up the pores of the skin to release and let go of underlying pain, stagnation and tension. Depending on the severity, after application it will often cause transient, light or mild to strong marks on the skin surface lasting from 5 to 12 days.
Gentle application of Gua sha is very popular for facial regeneration for looking younger.

A generally gentle body oil massage originating from the principles of adapted Chinese massage techniques which were taken and developed in Sweden.

Tui Na Massage
Chinese massage uses finger and hand pressure to open blocks in the meridian system, utilising the different acupuncture points along the various meridians. This is an effective short-term way to clear stagnation and blockages along the organ feeding meridian system. This is an effective acupressure treatment and a way to open acupuncture points without needles and pressure can be used through the clothes as well as directly on the skin.
